Women's Soccer Finishes Season with 5-0 Setback at Robert Morris

MOON TOWNSHIP, Penn – The Sacred Heart Pioneers closed out their 3013 season with a 5-0 loss at the hand of Robert Morris Sunday afternoon at North Athletic Complex. The Pioneers finish 2013 with a record of 5-12-1 and 2-5-1 in the NEC.
Junior Kristin Verrette (Saugus, MA) and sophomore Alexis Parlato (Center Moriches, NY) finish the season tied for the team lead with five goals. Verrette led the way in total points, adding four assists to her five goals.
Senior Alyssa Brandofino (East Northport, CY) closes out her Pioneer career tops on the all-time Sacred Heart assists list with 15 career helpers.
Sacred Heart will miss the Northeast Conference Tournament for the first time in three years.
