Game Notes Live Audio

FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Sacred Heart football team looks to bounce back from its first loss of 2015 Saturday night when it travels to Dartmouth for a 7 p.m. kickoff against the Big Green.

Last week, the Pioneers rallied from a 17-point third quarter deficit to tie Marist 27-27 with 4:56 to play in the game at Tenney Stadium. However, a Red Foxes touchdown on its next possession gave Marist a 34-27 lead. RJ Noel threw for a season-high 277 yards and four touchdowns, three of which came in the second half. He also threw his 50th career touchdown pass in the first quarter, an 80-yard strike to Tyler Dube. Dube had seven receptions for 138 yards and three touchdowns.

Sacred Heart is 2-1 all-time against Dartmouth heading into Saturday's matchup at Memorial Field. The Pioneers won the last meeting 27-10 at Dartmouth on Sept. 25, 2010 behind 138 rushing yards and three touchdowns from Keshaudas Spence.

Dartmouth is 1-0 on the season after opening its 2015 campaign last week with a 31-10 win at Georgetown. Quarterback Dalyn Williams was 17-for-28 passing for 138 yards and a touchdown, and also ran in a touchdown. Last season, the Big Green went 8-2 and finished second in the Ivy League.
