Softball Tabbed 19th out of 122 teams in National Division One GPA

FAIRFIELD, Conn.- The Sacred Heart University Softball team finished 19th out of 112 teams for the highest GPA in Division 1 as announced in a release last week. The teams combined GPA was 3.540. Grand Canyon finished 1st with a 3.790 GPA.
Co-Head Softball Coach Elizabeth Luckie stated, "It's gratifying to see our team's hard work and dedication to their academics rewarded in this way! It is their pride and work ethic in all they do that makes them such a great team to be a part of."
The team also had 15 out of 25 players who were named Easton/NFCA All-American Scholar Athletes. The following names of those athletes are listed below.
