
Spellman's Game-Winner Pushes Men's Basketball Past Lafayette, 64-62

EASTON, Pa. - Jare'l Spellman's tip-in with three seconds remaining pushed the Sacred Heart University men's basketball team past Lafayette, 64-62, on the road Sunday afternoon at the Kirby Sports Center. The win improves the Pioneers to 4-5 on the year, while the Leopards fall to 2-5.
Spellman led the way with 18 points, 13 rebounds and five blocks for the Pioneers, all career-highs, while Kinnon LaRose added 15 points and nine rebounds in the win.
