Box Score FAIRFIELD, Conn. - The Sacred Heart University women's volleyball team defeated Northeastern in five sets (25-20, 25-22, 25-22) to open day two of the SHU Invitational Saturday afternoon. With the win SHU improves to 4-4, while Northeastern falls to 4-5.
Julia Murawinski led the Pioneers with 11 kills, while Sarah Ciszek added 37 assists, eight kills and six digs. Jasmine Rogers contributed a career-high 10 kills in the win as well. The Pioneers return to action tonight at 6 p.m. vs. Fairfield to close the SHU Invitational.
