The Sacred Heart University men's basketball team plays the middle game of a three-game road-trip when it takes on Robert Morris University Monday afternoon. The game will air live on CBS Sports Network, with Dave Popkin, Joe DeSantis and Paul Dottino on the call. Both teams dropped NEC contests on Saturday, SHU at Saint Francis and Robert Morris at home to Merrimack.

The Pioneers and Colonials are meeting in men's basketball for the 37th time, with Robert Morris holding a 25-11 series lead. The Pioneers defeated the Colonials 87-63 at the Pitt Center on February 28, 2019, to snap a six-game series losing streak. The series began with an RMU win on February 12, 2000, 86-50 in Moon Township. The Pioneers first win in the series came a year later, February 1, 83-78, at home.
