Over the 25 games in which she has played this winter, Hagood is averaging 2.4 rebounds a game, has 26 assists and 24 steals.
Smith becomes the first All-NEC Rookie Team selection for the Pioneers, since Hagood earned the honor two seasons ago. Smith played in all 29 games this season, starting 11 times and averaging 21 minutes a game. She averaged 7.2 points per game during the regular season, shooting 37.8 percent from the field. Smith is second on the team with 55 assists, and tied for second on the roster with 30 steals.
The Pioneers posted a 12-17 record during the 2019-20 regular season and are the fifth-seed in the NEC Tournament. The championship starts Monday evening, as the Pioneers take on fourth-seeded Saint Francis U. Game time is set for 7:00 pm and the game can be seen on NEC Front Row.
