Rowing Completes Races at Tail of the Housatonic

In the 5k fours flight, the Stags took the top spot by 30 seconds, edging out the Pioneers with a winning time of 21:09. The final 5k race featured the eights once again with Fairfield's A boat taking the gold with a time of 20:11, edging out Mount Holyoke which captured a time of 20:21. The SHU A boat secured third place, followed by the Stags' B shell.
In the 2K fours, SHU was edged by the Stags as they placed seconds behind the 9:32 winning time of the Stags B boat. The last race of the day featured the eights once again with the Stags' A taking first in 8:05, followed by the Fairfield B which ended with a time of 8:22. The Pioneers A (8:33) and B (8:56) boats rounded out the race.
