Box Score FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Sacred Heart University women's tennis team resumed its match at Fairfield on Saturday after play was suspended on October 10 due to rain. The Pioneers fell in a narrow 4-3 decision to conclude the fall season. 
 
Katsiaryna Starastsenka and Ciara O'Toole were the lone doubles pair to score for the Red & White. The duo topped Scarlett Hutchinson and Sophia Prinos, 6-1. 
 
In singles action, Starastesenka remains undefeated at the number one spot. The sophomore fell in the first set, 3-6, but prevailed, 7-5 and 6-0. Renee Sharma dropped her opponent in straight sets at number four, and Kim Fenton squeaked out a victory after forcing a third set at number six. 

SHU returns to play on January 23 at Columbia.
