Five Boats Race in Philly
PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The Sacred Heart Women's Rowing Team had a strong showing this weekend at the 2022 Head of the Schuylkill while competing in five different events.
"It was great to finally see our whole team race," said SHU head coach Lucas Wilhelm. "Among our strongest results today, we should highlight our 2V who showed off our depth by beating and competing with other programs' 1Vs. I'm also especially excited about our novices who put together a great regatta, and I'm encouraged by our growth this fall which is all helping to shape our journey to MAACs."
The Fall Metropolitan Championships are in Orchard Park, N.Y., on Nov. 12.
