FAIRFIELD, Conn.- The Sacred Heart University softball team dropped a pair of games in the teams' series finale against Bryant on Sunday 2-0, and 12-2.

- SHU got on the scoreboard in the bottom of the fifth inning as Carly Koltko ripped an RBI single to center field scoring in Meghan Knepper to narrow the Bulldog lead to 5-1.
- Bryant piled on a 12-1 lead in the top of the seventh inning as they would load the bases resulting in six runs followed by an RBI double scoring in the lone runner from second base.
- Alyssa Gonzalez fired her second home run of the season in the bottom of the seventh to result in the 12-2 loss.
