Of Note
After FDU score the first goal of the game, it was all Sacred Heart as
Grace Reinold,
Lydia Werlau and
Taylor Farace combined for five-straight goals to end the first quarter.
SHU never looked back, scoring 13 unanswered goals from the second quarter on to earn the comfortable win.
The Pioneers outshot the Knights 30-7 and while picking up 22 ground balls and earning 15 draw controls.
Werlau tallied a season-high nine points on five goals and a career-high four assists. Colesworthy and
Maci Black posted the second hat tricks of their careers.
