- Picked up 21 ground balls and caused 11 turnovers
- Notched career-high three ground balls against FDU (4/15)
- Posted career-high two caused turnovers in the NEC semifinals against Saint Francis (5/4)
- Dished out lone assist of the season against Fairfield (3/15)
2022:
- Appeared in 11 games and made one start for Sacred Heart.
- Had one ground ball and one caused turnover against LIU (4/16)

Prior to SHU:
- A multi-sport athlete, Tropia played four years of varsity lacrosse while also earning four varsity letters in swimming, three in field hockey and one in soccer
- Earned Second Team All-Conference honors
- All-League Honorable Mention
- Selected as Team MVP and earned the Unsung Hero award in lacrosse
- Captained the swim team in her senior season
