2023:
- Named to Second Team All-NEC
- Selected to NEC All-Tournament Team
- Earned NEC Offensive Player of the Week (2/13)
- Started all 19 games for SHU
- Scored 49 points on 39 goals and 10 assists
- Picked up 16 ground balls, won 12 draw controls and caused five turnovers
- Eclipsed 100th career point against Merrimack (4/29)
- Matched a career-high four goals and picked up season-high three ground balls in the NEC semifinals against Saint Francis (5/4)
- Dished career-high three assists against New Hampshire (3/8)
- Won career-high five draw controls at Manhattan (2/11)

- Third-leading scorer with 31 points on 27 goals and four assists.

- Scored 20 goals on the season, grabbed 14 ground balls and caused two turnovers on the season

- Picked up a career-high four ground balls at CCSU (4/21)
2020:
- Posted two goals in her collegiate debut ( Bucknell 2/08)
- Goal scored off an assist (Monmouth 2/15)
- Scored twice for SHU (Vermont 2/28)
- Two goals and an assist (Delaware State March 06)
Prior to SHU:
- Distinguished all-around student-athlete with 11 combined varsity letters in lacrosse, field hockey and track
- Two-time All-League (2018-19) in lacrosse
- Named Team MVP in both lacrosse and track in 2019
- Captained the Somers lacrosse team in her senior year
- Helped lift Somers to a league lacrosse title in 2017 and four winter track league championships (2016-19)
- Picked up 2019 All-Section honors in lacrosse and was named to the 2019 Lohud Next 11 Elite Watch List
- Also shined on the track, earning All-League and All-County honors all throughout high school (2016-19) while being named the 2018 Middle Distance Runner of the Year, 2017 Multi-Event Athlete of the Year and the 2016 Rookie of the Year
- Her field hockey laurels include two All-League awards (2017-18) as well as 2018 All-Elite and 2018 MVP honors
Personal:
- Daughter of Lauren and Brady Kittredge
- Has one younger sister Ella
- Emma's mother, Lauren, ran track and cross country for Springfield College
- Emma's father, Brady, played ice hockey at Springfield (1992-94)
- Is undecided on a major entering her freshman year
