ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Sacred Heart University women's golf team climbed one spot on the leaderboard Sunday to finish sixth place at the Navy Fall Invitational, hosted at the U.S. Naval Academy Golf Club in Annapolis, Md.
The Pioneers ended the 36-hole event with a combined score of 619 (+43). SHU opened the tournament yesterday with a score of 313, shaving seven strokes today with a 306 to climb the final leaderboard. The host from Navy won the team title with a final score of 592 (+16). 
Maya Robilio was Sacred Heart's highest finisher at the event in a tie for 13th. The senior posted a combined score of 151 (+7) after rounds of 75 and 76. She posted four birdies in today's round, two on the front and two on the back nine. 
Nahia Paulerena placed next for SHU in T20th. The first year ended today's round with a score of 80 (+8) for a combined score of 153 (+9). 
Just like after the first round, 
Jessie Burch and 
Maite Cantu finished one stroke apart on the leaderboard. Burch led the team by climbing 16 spots on the individual leaderboard with a 74 (+2) today, finishing in a tie for 32nd with a score of 157 (+13). Cantu posted a combined score of 158 (+14) to place in a tie for 38th. 
Jensie Nicholas and 
Ashley Moynahan rounded out SHU's competitors in T57th and 69th, respectively. 
The Pioneers next head to Delmar, N.Y., to participate in the Great Danes Invitational at the Normanside Country Club.
