The senior led the Pioneers with a 76.9 average this year
LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. – In its first season as a member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC), Sacred Heart University women's golfer Maya Robilio was named First Team All-MAAC, as announced by the league office on Wednesday morning.
Robilio led the Pioneers with a 76.9 average over 24 rounds, tallying a win and four top-five finishes. The senior from San Clemente, Calif., won the SHU-hosted Battle at the Creek in September and finished in the top five of the last three events she competed in.
Robilio has led the Pioneers, who were picked third in the MAAC Preseason Poll before the spring slate. SHU placed in the top five in five events this year and was in the top three in two of their last three tournaments.
In addition to today's All-MAAC announcement, the conference debuted the 2025 MAAC Women's Golf All-Academic Team. Robilio joined Jessie Burch, Catherine Fennelly, Ashley Moynahan, Jensie Nicholas and Emma Preissing on this list.
The Pioneers will next compete at the 2025 MAAC Championship, beginning Thursday, Apr. 17, at Disney's Magnolia Golf Course in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
