Jason Tessitore Named Enterprise Rent-A-Car/SHU Student-Athlete of the Week

Fairfield, CT - Junior Jason Tessitore (Orange, CT) has been named the Enterprise Rent-A-Car/Sacred Heart University Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of October 22-28. Tessitore led SHU to two wins last week.
Tessitore scored four goals in two Pioneer victories this week, netting one against St Francis (NY) Friday night and then recording a hat trick in Sunday's win over LIU. The hat trick was the first for a SHU player in the Division I era. Tessitore now leads the team in scoring with six goals.
The Pioneers are back in action Tuesday night when they visit Army in their final non-conference game of the year. Game time is set for 7:00 pm.
