Ricarti Mendes Named Enterprise Rent-A-Car/SHU Student-Athlete of the Week

Fairfield, CT - Senior Ricarti Mendes (Campinas, Brazil) has been named the Enterprise Rent-A-Car/Sacred Heart University Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of September 3-9.
Mendes rang up a goal and an assist on the week helping the Pioneers to two wins in three games. On Monday against Iona, he had an assist as SHU got their first win of the year. Sunday against Yale Mendes scored the only goal of the game as the Pioneers upset the host Bulldogs in the finale of their own tournament.
The Pioneers visit Holy Cross Tuesday night at 7:00 pm.
