Jason Tessitore Named Enterprise Rent-A-Car/SHU Student-Athlete of the Week

Fairfield, CT - Senior Jason Tessitore (Orange, CT) has been named the Enterprise Rent-A-Car/Sacred Heart University Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of November 3-9.
Tessitore had a goal an assist to pace the Pioneer offense in a weekend SHU grabbed a win and a tie. The senior scored SHU's first goal on Friday against LIU, netting the marker in the fifth minute. Sunday he had the assist on SHU's only goal against St. Francis. Tessitore finished the season with the team lead in scoring with five goals and two assists.
A former All-NEC forward, Tessitore finished his SHU career with 25 goals and seven assists.
