Cheerleaders Set To Host 4th Annual Pioneer Cheer & Dance Challenge January 22nd

The 4th Annual Sacred Heart University Pioneer Cheer & Dance Challenge will take place on Saturday January 22, 2011 at the William H. Pitt Center.
The schedule for the event is as follows:
Registration - 8:30am
Warm Ups - 9:00am
Doors Open To Spectators – 9:30am
Competition Begins – 11:00 am
Please arrive for registration between 830 and 900am in order to keep warm ups running as smooth as possible. You will receive your warm up time based on arrival time. Two coaches will be admitted with each team, additional coaches are $5.00 and bus drivers are free.
Every participant needs to have a medical waiver filled out prior to warm-ups and competition. Coaches please have them available when registering your team. Attached to this e mail is the medical waiver. Feel free to print off as many as you need for your cheerleaders.
Coaches: PLEASE LET YOUR PARENTS/SPECTATORS KNOW THEY CAN NOT GET INTO THE PITT CENTER UNTIL DOORS OPEN AT 9:30 am. WE WILL ASK THEM TO LEAVE IF THEY TRY ANY EARLIER.
There will be an athletic trainer on staff in case of emergency only. They will not be available to tape your cheerleaders. Please make sure you are prepared to tape your own cheerleaders. Trainers will provide ice if needed.
Tickets: Adults - $10.00
Students - $5.00
Children Under Age 5
