FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Sacred Heart (4-5, 1-3 NEC) football team looks to snap its three-game losing streak on Saturday when it travels to Bryant (5-4, 3-1 NEC) for a 12 p.m. game that will be broadcast on ESPN3.

Tyler Dube could make history on Saturday against the Bulldogs. Last week, Dube tied Steve Tedesco for Sacred Heart's career touchdown record with his 37
th. His next touchdown will break the record. He is also 16 receptions away from the career receptions record. Dube also is 11 yards away from having the first 1,000-yard receiving season since DeVeren Johnson had a SHU single-season record 1,155 yards in 2001.
Saturday's game also features the top two quarterbacks in the NEC. Bryant's Dalton Easton leads the conference with 245.4 yards per game, with Sacred Heart's RJ Noel second at 238.1. Noel leads the NEC in total offense at 255.6 yards per game. Last week, Noel threw for over 200 yards for the eighth time this season and had two touchdowns.
Sacred Heart leads the all-time series with Bryant 4-3. The Pioneers have won the last two meetings, including last season's 14-7 win at Campus Field to give Sacred Heart its second consecutive NEC title. Bryant enters the game at 5-4 and 3-1 in the NEC. The Bulldogs won at Wagner 40-10 last week, outscoring the Seahawks 20-0 in the first quarter. Ricardo McCray rushed for 138 yards and two touchdowns last week. He leads the NEC in rushing at 111.4 yards per game. Bryant is a half-game back of 4-1 Duquesne in the NEC, but holds the tiebreaker with a 38-17 win over the Dukes on Oct. 17.
