Jamie Carlson Named To The NFCA All-Regional Third Team

Jamie Carlson was named to the NFCA All-Regional Third Team. Carlson, who led the Pioneers to a post season run for the first time since 2011, finished the year with a 12-13 record on the mound. She led the NEC in strikeouts this season with 160. She finishes her final season with the Pioneers with 592 career strikeouts, 3^rd in Sacred Heart career record book. Jamie posted her first career no-hitter this season, against Hartford on May 2^nd. The Corona, California native was voted as the NEC Pitcher of the Week on three separate occasions, and was named All-NEC Second Team.
