FAIRFIELD, Conn.- The Sacred Heart University Men's Tennis team fell to local rival Fairfield University this afternoon by a final score of 6-1. The Pioneers will return to action on Thursday, Oct.17 when SHU competes at the ITA Regional Championships hosted at the University of Pennsylvania.

Sophomore William Wibmer would pick up the lone victory for the Pioneers as he defeated Tyler Shibles in straight sets 6-1, 6-1.
