Navarro Tabbed NEC Player of the Week

SOMERSET, N.J.- Sacred Heart University Men's Soccer sophomore forward Segundo Navarro was tabbed Northeast Conference Player of Week for his performance against Mount Saint Mary's this past weekend. The Pioneers will return to action on Friday, Oct. 25 when the Pioneers face Robert Morris on the road. Kick-off is set for 3:00 p.m.
Navarro tallied his first career hattrick against Mount Saint Mary's tallying the teams three goals on the day as the Pioneers walked away with the 3-0 shutout of the Mount on Friday Oct. 18. Navarro has led the way for the Pioneers this season netting six of the team's seven goals this season for SHU. Navarro is currently tied for third in the conference in goals as well as leads the conference in shots with 61 on the year.
