
Softball Inks Six National Letters of Intent to Join for 2021 Season

FAIRFIELD, CT- Sacred Heart University Softball head coach Pam London announced the signing of six Pioneers who signed their National Letter of Intent to join the team for the 2021 season.

- 3x Scholar Athlete Award Winner
- Superintendent's Award for Academic Excellence Recipient
London on Carroll: "We are very excited to have a player of Emily's caliber joining us in the fall of 2020. Emily is a very accomplished hitter, and she can have an immediate impact on a line up. She is a solid defender in the outfield as well. I look forward to seeing Em's career really take off here at SHU!"

- Voted Player of the year by the Ocean Star News Paper in 2019
- Tallied over 100 strikeouts in her junior year.
- Voted Shore Confedrence Player of the Week by Asbury Park Press News Paper.
Academic Achievements
- Scored a 3.75 GPA which was the highest academic ranking out of her class.

- SOL All-League Honorable Mention at third base.
- Tallied a .338 BA and 14 RBI's in 2019.
Academic Achievements
- Graduated in the top 5% of her class.
- National Honor Society Member.
- Member of the Spanish Honor Society.
- Earned Distinguished Honor Roll.
London on Gurysh: "Kiley's true ability as a versatile infielder makes her invaluable to a team. We think Kiley will be asked to be a big time utility player during her career here at SHU. She is also a very solid offensive threat. We think she is a great fit for our program."
Rachael Kohler | C/3B
Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy

- First-team All-League Catcher 2018-19.
- 2019 Courier Times Golden Team Player
- Batted .348 with 15 RBI's, 8 doubles, and 2 home-runs in 2019.
Academic Achievements
- Honor Roll Student
London on Kohler: "Rachael brings so much to the table for us. She is a very solid defensive catcher and has the real ability to play 3rd base as well. We also like the way she swings the bat. It will be great to watch Rachael develop over her career."
