Women finish in 34th; men place as individuals
BOSTON — The Sacred Heart University men's and women's cross country teams competed at the NCAA Division I Northeast Regional Championship at Franklin Park on Friday.
The women placed 34th and were led by Isabella Rogler who finished in 167th place with a time of 23:44. Angela Kaiser (24:34) and Kelly Parker (24:40) placed 205th and 208th respectively. Brigit Kelly (24:56) and Alisha Stadnicki (25:02) rounded out the SHU scorers in 215th and 218th place.
Three Pioneers ran as individuals for the men. Gediyon Prince led the way with a 206th place finish at a time of 35:31.
Sacred Heart will return to action when they compete at the ECAC/IC4A Championship on Saturday, November 20 at Van Cortlandt Park in Bronx, New York.
