- After the first half closed to a scoreless draw, first-year Olliver Persson fired a header at the far post off a free kick from Lucas Miquel Castrillo 49:54 into the game to put SHU ahead 1-0.
- Then in the closing minutes of the second half, Persson would seal the Pioneer victory with a tap-in goal in the open net from a rebound kick by fellow first-year Rob Taylor IV to give the Pioneers the 2-0 victory.
- SHU concludes the regular season with a 1-6 record and a 1-5 conference record.
- Olliver Persson was the leading goal scorer for the Pioneers tallying three goals while Rob Taylor IV led the team in assists with three.
