Pioneers Score IHSA Academic Honors

19 equestrian student-athletes were named to the 2020-21 IHSA Academic Honor Roll
FAIRFIELD, Conn.- The Sacred Heart University equestrian team had a total of 19 riders named to Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) All-Academic teams. Nine student-athletes earned IHSA First-Team All-Academic honors while 10 were awarded with IHSA Second-Team All-Academic distinctions.
To be eligible for the First-Team All-Academic Award, students must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.8 or higher while riders must obtain a 3.5 or higher GPA for the Second-Team All-Academic Award.
