Bobcats claimed the victory 2-0
FAIRFIELD, Conn.— The Sacred Heart University men's soccer team came up short in a 2-0 loss to Quinnipiac on Wednesday afternoon.
Brage Aasen scored the first goal of the game for Quinnipiac at the 12-minute mark. The Bobcats extended their lead in the 62nd minute when they capitalized on a penalty kick.
Justin Siegel grabbed a season-high nine saves throughout the contest.
SHU welcomes Hartford for another in-state matchup on September 11 at 1 pm.
