Women’s Hockey Falls To Stonehill College

SHELTON, Conn. — The SHU Women's ice hockey team was back home at The Rinks as they fell to the Skyhawks of Stonehill College 4-1.
Sacred Heart allowed the first goal of the contest for the fifth consecuvtive game. Nicole Guidi scored the lone Pioneer goal on an assist from Delani Mackay.
Carly Greene was between the posts for the Pioneers, allowing three goals and saving 11.
Sacred Heart falls to 3-8-1 overall on the year and 3-4-1 in NEWHA play, and the Pios have a rematch with Stonehill at home Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
