Pioneers Sign 13 to National Letters of Intent

Class made up of six defenders and seven offensive players.
FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Sacred Heart University football team signed 13 student-athletes to National Letters of Intent. The class consists of 11 high school signees and two transfers.
"Our coaches did a great job of finding young men that are the right fit for our program, not just on the field, but everything that it means to be a SHU football player," head coach Mark Nofri said.
The newest Pioneers on offense include four linemen, a wide receiver, a quarterback, and a running back. On the defensive side of the ball, the Pioneers have signed a defensive tackle, a lineman, two corner backs, a linebacker, and a safety. New Jersey led the way with five signees.
