Garica Gallego Named MAAC Offensive Player of the Week

David Garcia Gallego secured two goals and one assist
EDISON, N.J. - Senior midfielder David Garcia Gallego of the Sacred Heart University men's soccer team was named this week's Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Offensive Player of the Week by the league office on Monday. Garcia Gallego tallied two goals and an assist as the Pioneers split their two matches.
After scoring the Pioneers' only goal against Stony Brook, Garcia Gallego powered the offense in Friday's home opener, posting a goal and an assist to lead SHU past Yale, 3-1.
The Pioneers return home on Saturday, September 6th, when they host FDU at 6:00 p.m.
