CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The Sacred Heart University women's wrestling team wrapped up competition at the 2026 NWCA/USMC Multi-Division National Dual Meet Championships on Sunday, finishing eighth overall after advancing through the consolation bracket to the seventh-place match.

Of Note
The Pioneers opened day two with a narrow 26–22 loss to Lindenwood despite earning five individual victories. Wins came from Tati Walker (117), Lauren Nguyen (124), Bella Sowards (131), Love Daley (160), and Josephine Larson (207), with four of the five victories coming by fall or technical fall.

In the final dual of the weekend, SHU fell 33–13 to Colorado Mesa. Aaliyah Payne-Parris (103) and Madeline Hodges (180) accounted for the Pioneers' points, with Payne-Parris securing a technical fall and Hodges delivering a pin in just 52 seconds.
