- Koeck saw limited action in his first year at Penn State, where he recorded a 7-5 record.
- He had three shutout victories including one 3-0 victory.
- Koeck fenced in his high school and was named “Best of Class” as THE team captain.
- Koeck was ranked number one in the USA for Division 2 in 2015.
