High School: O'Neill earned three varsity letters in football at Washington Township High School, serving as a two-year captain. He earned First Team All-South Jersey Athlete, First-Team All-County Wide Reciever and First-Team All-Conference Running Back over the course of his career. O'Neill also excelled on the track, earning three varsity letters, and collecting First Team All-Conference accolades in the 200 and Second Team in the 400. He succeeded in the classroom as well, earning the Brookes-Irvine Memorial Scholar Athlete of the Year award and earned Honor Roll recognition in every marking period.
Personal: Andrew O'Neill is the son of Pat and Joe, who competed at West Chester University, O'Neill, and is the youngest of four children - Marie, Shawn and Cait.
