2024-25: Injury limited her to nine games... Made 30 saves in a 1-0 shutout of LIU... Named NEWHA Goaltender of the Week on Nov. 12. One of the recipients of the team’s Dr. Ruth M. Grant Academic Achievement Award.
2023-24: Led the NEWHA in goals against average (1.93) and was second in save percentage (.942)... Save percentage was 10th in the nation... Named second team All-NEWHA... Twice named NEWHA Goaltender of the Month and twice named NEWHA Goaltender of the Week... Made a season-high 48 saves vs. Saint Anselm... Named to NEWHA All-Academic Team.
2022-23: Provided depth in goal.
Before SHU: Ran cross country and track in high school... Club state champion in 2015, 2018, 2019, 2020... 3 sport varsity athlete all four years of high school.
Personal: Daughter of Steve and Sheryl Petruno... Has two brothers (John and Jeff)... John runs D1 track and cross country at Michigan State while Jeff plays volleyball at Grand Valley State University... Majoring in computer science.
