Casey Quinn enters her 12th season with Sacred Heart University, recently promoted to Senior Associate Athletic Trainer. Her primary sport responsibilities are women’s ice hockey, men’s and women’s tennis and women’s bowling. Other responsibilities include insurance coordinator, assistant drug test program administrator and AMR ambulance scheduling.
Prior to her time at Sacred Heart, Quinn spent two years as a graduate assistant at Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, Conn. She worked primarily with women’s soccer, but in the spring gained experience working with baseball, softball, women’s lacrosse and spring football. During this time, she pursued a master’s degree in Exercise Science/Physical Education.
Quinn received her undergraduate degree from Quinnipiac University in May of 2010. During her four years at QU, she gained a variety of experiences working with men’s lacrosse, baseball, men’s soccer and women’s basketball.
Casey is a member of the National Athletic Training Association and Professional Hockey Athletic Trainers Society. She maintains a Connecticut state Athletic Training license and has been a BOC certified Athletic Trainer since 2010.
