Lisa Etienne joined the Sacred Heart women's basketball coaching staff in 2013-14 serving as the academic and position coach for the guards, as well as assiting with offensive and defensive development, implementation and strategy.

Coaching Career:

Served as an assistant coach under Nicci Hayes Fort at Colgate from 2011-13
Assited in developing 2014 All-NEC selections Adaysha Williams and Gabrielle Washington

Playing Career:

A four-year member of the Hartford Hawks women's basketball team from 2005-2009, Etienne played a key role in leading the Hawks to two NCAA second-round appearances as well as clinching two America East Championships in 2005 and 2008
During her time playing at Hartford, she was named to the 2009 America East All-Defensive Team and All-Conference Second Team, and in 2008 she was named the 2008 America East Tournament MVP.
