
Four Pioneers Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

Fairfield, Conn. – Four Sacred Heart baseball student-athletes have been named to the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.
Fairfield, Conn. – Four Sacred Heart baseball student-athletes have been named to the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team, recognizing their achievements both on the field and in the classroom.
The CSC Academic All-District program honors student-athletes who have demonstrated excellence in competition while maintaining strong academic success. The award is one of the nation's premier academic honors for collegiate athletes and serves as the first step toward Academic All-America recognition.
Representing Sacred Heart on this year's Academic All-District Team are Ronan Donohue, Mitch Hawkins, Christian Trantino, and Ryan Parker.
Academic All-District honorees were evaluated on a combination of academic and athletic accomplishments. Selected student-athletes now become eligible for consideration for the CSC Academic All-America Team, with Academic All-America honorees scheduled to be announced on June 23, 2026.
The recognition continues Sacred Heart Baseball's tradition of excellence in the classroom, highlighting the program's commitment to success both academically and athletically.

- Ronan Donohue, a junior majoring in Finance, earned Academic All-District honors with a 3.511 GPA.
- Mitch Hawkins, a senior Finance major, was recognized after posting a 3.534 GPA in the classroom.
- Christian Trantino, a sophomore majoring in Business Administration, secured Academic All-District recognition with a 3.856 GPA.
- Ryan Parker, a graduate student pursuing a master's degree in Exercise and Sport Science, earned the honor with a 3.826 GPA.
