NEW HAVEN, Conn.- The Sacred Heart University Men's Tennis team defeated Colgate by a final score of 4-3 this afternoon. The Pioneers will return to action tomorrow afternoon when the team hosts Bucknell. Game-time is set for 3:00 p.m.

The Pioneers would take three singles matches away from Colgate as Kevin Chao would defeat Alec Dardis 7-5, 7-6 while Luca Casalduc Pla would defeat Jack Albon 6-4, 6-3. Chris Sause would pick up the third singles win as he defeated Rohan Gupta 6-1, 6-4. In doubles play, the duo of Seiji Hosokawa and freshman William Wibmer would defeat Jack Albon and Rohan Gupta 6-1 while Chris Sause and Francisco Del Valle would win the match between Peter Hartman and Alec Dardis 6-3 to take the 4-3 team victory.
