- AIC jumped out to a 1-0 lead 1:38 into the opening period off a goal from Brian Krammer.
- The Pioneers answered back as sophomore Andrius Kulbis-Marino fired off his fifth goal of the season coming 6:49 into the first period to even the score at 1-1.
- On the Yellow Jacket power-play in the second period, Chris Dodero put AIC back in the lead 2-1, 2:55 in the period.
- A misread by the goalie 12 seconds into the third period gave AIC the 3-1 lead as Jake Stella found the open net to secure the victory.
- Senior Nick Boyagian tallied a point for the second straight game.
- This is the first time this season the Pioneers have been swept in a series.
