SHU runs out to early lead
HANOVER, N.H. — Aine Keaney started the Pioneers off strong drawing first blood 2:31 into the contest and Hannah Fawle contributed a goal as Sacred Heart was bested by Dartmouth Sunday afternoon 4-2.
Of Note:
- Mira Poelzer and Kelsey Fithen contributed assists for the Pioneers with one coming off a penalty corner in the third period.
- Samantha Maresca allowed four goals while posting six saves on the afternoon.
- The Pioneers were bested by the Big Green 18-14 on shots, however Sacred Heart won the saves total 6-5 on the afternoon.

The Pioneers will host Lehigh University Sunday September 18 at 1pm on Johnson Field.
