Another fast start was not relinquished in set three as it was SHU to finished strong. Tied 20-20, rookie Brooke Jeffrey started a 4-0 run with a kill and partnered with Kate Anderson for a block.
Trying to tie the match at two sets a piece, SHU pulled within 20-18 in the fourth set thanks to Jasmine Roger's 11thkill. Unfortunately, High Point ended the match with a 5-0 run.
The Panthers bested SHU in nearly every phase of the game. HPU had more kills (77-52), digs (81-69) and blocks (14-5).
