The Pioneers qualified for ITC Nationals as a team, and Molly Chiesa qualified as an individual.
The individual sectional featured 179 bowlers, with only six qualifying for nationals. Morgan Brunet came perilously close to qualifying for nationals in seventh place. She finished just one pin shy of sixth with a score of 1,281.
In addition to Chiesa and Brunet, five other Pioneers finished in the top 30. Madilyn Yockel (13th), Hannah Manetta (16th), Paige Donovan (20th), Megan Prettyman (36th) and Karleigh LeMond (30th) also had solid days.
