AT SHU: Sara has successfully competed in IHSA and NCEA competitions in both hunt seat and western disciplines. She was invited to compete at the Tournament of Champions two years in a row and placed 3rd in her division. She also placed 2nd at Zone 2 Finals her freshman year and 7th at Zone 2 Region 5 Finals her junior year.
Before SHU: Sara competed successfully for the past ten years in the hunters, jumpers, and equitation throughout New England. She has won multiple year-end championships in the WNEPHA.
