Over the course of his career he earned the Outstanding Athlete Award, earned All-Division and All-County honors and was a member of the Suffolk County All-Star Team. America served as team captain, won three varisty awards and earned team MVP honors as well.
Personal: Quentin K. America is the son of Patricia and Henry America, and has one brosther- Dorian. His father played basketball at Pace University and his uncle, Andre America, earned Division II All-America basketball honors at Queens College in 1979.
