Wilson was named an assistant coach for the Sacred Heart University men’s wrestling team in 2026.

A former standout at Rider, Wilson was a two-time NCAA qualifier at 174 pounds and compiled a 78–53 career record. He earned MAC runner-up honors in 2023–24 while posting a 20–13 record and a 12–2 mark in conference duals.

Wilson also had a breakout 2022–23 season at 165 pounds, finishing 27–11 and placing fifth at the MAC Championships, and was a consistent contributor throughout his collegiate career.

2023–24: NCAA qualifier at 174 lbs, MAC runner-up, 20–13 overall, dominant 12–2 in MAC duals
2022–23: Breakout year at 165 lbs, 27–11 record, 5th at MAC Championships
2021–22: Split time at 165 lbs, 11–13 record, solid 3–1 in MAC duals
2020–21: Limited action, 3–1 in extra matches, including a fall and a major decision
2019–20: Redshirt season, 8–12 unattached, competed in multiple open tournaments
