Men’s Tennis Back in Win Column With 6-1 Win Over Wagner

Vencl wins 10th doubles with Eftekhar and 12th singles
TRUMBULL, Conn.— The Sacred Heart University men's tennis team snapped a three-game losing streak with a 6-1 victory against Northeast Conference opponent Wagner on Saturday.
The Pioneers dominated the entire match, winning the doubles point and five of six in singles.
Sophomore duo Darius Eftekhar and Matyas Vencl picked up their 10th win of the season in doubles. Vencl also notched his 12th victory in singles.
Up next, SHU travels to face Quinnipiac on Tuesday at 3 p.m.
