Men's Tennis Falls to Holy Cross in Season Finale

WORCESTER, MA — The Sacred Heart men's tennis team dropped a 5-2 decision on the road against Holy Cross on Tuesday at the Sinnott Family Tennis Facility. .
The Pioneers earned a win at No. 2 doubles thanks to Vayo Rodriguez & Paul Goncalves, but the Crusaders secured the doubles point with victories at the No. 1 and No. 3 to take an early 1-0 lead.
In singles play, Sacred Heart battled across the lineup but fell in four matches. The Pioneers' two points came in impressive fashion, as Frederick McRae picked up a gritty three-set win at No. 1 singles, while Martin Macias followed with a hard-fought two-set victory at No. 5.
The Pioneers officially wrap up the 2025-2026 season.
