FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Sacred Heart Women's Golf Team is going to Williamsburg, Va., for a two-day event on Monday and Tuesday.
The Pioneers, coming off a first-place finish at the SHU Spring Break Classic at Daytona Beach, compete in the Kingsmill Intercollegiate on the River Course at Kingsmill Resort early next week.
The event includes 54 holes and a Monday, 8:30 a.m. shotgun start followed by 36 holes on Tuesday with a 9:00 start.
Two weeks ago, Chantal El Chaib earned medalist honors, and Jensie Nicholas finished second to propel SHU to a victory at the SHU Spring Invitational at the Jones Course at LPGA International in Daytona.
